Sue Castle Clarke - Non Pecuniary - Ms Castle-Clarke declared a non-pecuniary interest in Agenda Item 7 - Safe and Strong Communities, in that she was a member of one of the groups that had been awarded grant funding. She remained in the meeting for the duration of the item on the grounds that it was for noting only, and Ms Castle-Clarke was a co-optee without voting rights on the Eden Locality Board.
