To receive any apologies for absence.

To consider an application, for engineering works to form an earth banked slurry lagoon deferred at the previous meeting on the 24th July 2024.

To consider a reserved matters application for the redevelopment of a mixed use commercial site primarily used for vehicle parking into a residential development consisting of 27 dwellings.

To consider an application for the development of 33 houses on land to the north of High Hesket.

To consider an application for outline planning permission for one dwelling with all matters reserved.

To consider an application for a proposed garage extension to the side elevation.

To consider an application for the change of use of a former Methodist chapel to a dwelling house.

To consider an application for an extension of a bakery, new buildings and car park. (To Follow)
